Description
AI in the Field: Running safe, efficient sites with AI
AI is no longer just a head office or technology conversation – it’s becoming a practical tool that can materially improve how construction sites are run day to day. For directors and senior leaders, it also represents a real opportunity to lift consistency, reduce risk, and improve margins across the business.
This 90-minute, practical class is designed for site leaders, operational managers, and directors who want to understand how AI can be applied in the field to improve safety, compliance, and productivity – without increasing overhead or administrative burden.
The session focuses on real-world use cases, including how AI can:
- Support smarter scheduling and coordination of site activities
- Ensure the right forms, checklists, and records are completed at the right time, reducing compliance risk and rework
- Use voice-to-text and AI assistance to capture site observations, hazards, defects, and progress updates quickly and accurately
- Reduce manual data entry and double handling, improving efficiency for site teams
- Create more consistent, higher-quality site data that gives directors better visibility and confidence in what’s happening on site
Through practical examples from live construction environments, the class cuts through the hype to focus on what works today and what delivers real operational and commercial value. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how AI can be used on site, where it delivers the greatest return, and how to start applying it safely and pragmatically across their organization.
This class is ideal for company directors, construction managers, project managers, site supervisors, safety leaders, and anyone responsible for operational performance, risk, and profitability.
